* Preference is given during the Peak season to bookings of 5 days or more.
* Tariffs are for up to 4 adults. For more than 4 adults, there is an additional charge of $20 per adult per night.

Terms and Deposit
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental is required within 7 days of booking. Enquiries about reduced rates for extended stays are welcome.
Direct deposits are preferred from our New Zealand guests, but personal cheques are acceptable too. And we can now accept credit card payments! For credit card payments, go to the calendar and click on a date.
Linens not included, but can be provided upon request for a small extra charge.
We request that the balance of the rental is sent three weeks before your stay. Please allow sufficient time for cheque clearance.
We ask for no pets or smoking in the bach please, and request that you leave the bach clean and tidy. Cleaning equipment and supplies are provided.
